Application Process
APPLICATION PERIOD
The application period goes from December 1 of the current year through March 1 of the following year. For example, the application period for School Year 2027-2028 is December 1, 2026 through March 1, 2027. We strongly recommend submitting your application early. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Completed and Signed Application Form in print. Hand-written filled application will not be accepted.
2. Signed Terms and Conditions. Read carefully and understand before signing.
3. Bank account information. A BDO account is preferred. However, accounts from other banks and GCash may also be used. Please make absolutely sure account information is correct. Incorrect information will cause delay in receiving stipends.
4. Essay in print. A hand-written essay will not be accepted.
5. Frontal Photo: In uniform, half-body with white background.
6. Letter of Recommendation from Teacher or School Administrator
7. Letter of Recommendation from Community Leader or Organization (Barangay, Church, or School)
8. Proof of Household Income (See Financial Information Requirements)
9. Submit each required item as a separate attachment. Do not embed one item within another document. You may submit all required items in a single email, but each must be attached individually and not combined into a single file. Links to online platforms will not be accepted.

APPLICANT RANKING
ANI’s mission requires fairness, transparency, and consistency. Thus, ANI uses Ranking Rubrics to ensure that all evaluators score applicants fairly, consistently, and uniformly. Applicants will be ranked based on income (40 points), academics (20 points), extracurricular activities (20 points), ANI Fit (completeness and thoroughness of application, 10 points), and number of sibling (10 points).
